Are New Soffits and Fascias Needed?

When customers ask us to replace and refit their gutters they may also be considering fascia and soffit replacement. Fascias and soffits will typically need replacing if they are showing signs of rot and we will recommend switching away from wood to UPVC. Replacing timber fascias and soffits with UPVC will save you money over time as they need less maintenance.
